Adaptive Research does not store sensitive financial data. All transactions are processed via Stripe. We retain only the Stripe Customer ID and record-keeping data related to billing history, subscription status, and plan type (e.g., Pro or Enterprise Founder Pass).

• Intelligence Sourcing: Bright Data (Collection of public data to identify market opportunities).
• Payments: Stripe (Payment processing and subscription management; Stripe processes payment information on our behalf and we receive limited information such as billing details and transaction identifiers).
• Analytics: Google Analytics (Performance tracking, subject to user consent).

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain data for the duration of your active account to ensure continuity in your deal-flow and operational history. Upon account termination, we anonymize or delete strategic data within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required for tax, legal, or fraud prevention purposes. Aggregated, anonymized data used for AI model improvement may be retained indefinitely.
